A growing family in Massachusetts needed more space. Their 1950s ranch home was too small, and they wanted a two-story addition with two new bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a second-floor laundry room. The site was tight, with limited backyard access, and the existing foundation couldn’t support a second floor without major reinforcement. Plus, they wanted to stay in the home during construction.
We stepped in as the full-service general contractor and took control of every phase. First, we reinforced the original foundation with steel beams and added proper load-bearing walls. Because access was limited, we used a mini-excavator and staged materials carefully to avoid damaging the yard.
We built the first-floor addition off the back of the house, then framed the second story, matching the original roof pitch and exterior style perfectly.
We also rerouted plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to integrate seamlessly with the existing systems. And since the family stayed home, we sealed off the work zone daily to minimize dust and noise.
A beautiful, 1,200-square-foot two-story addition that looked like it was always part of the home. The family got the space they needed, on time and within budget. From structural upgrades to final finishes, we handled it all. No job is too big, especially when it means giving a family room to grow.
The homeowners in Randolph had a grimy, dated 1980s kitchen with bad layout, scratchy cabinets, and broken linoleum. They desired a contemporary, open-plan kitchen with an island, new lighting, and hardy finishes, but without moving plumbing and gas lines, which restricted the location of the sink and stove. They also required the job to be completed in six weeks prior to a grand family reunion.
We collaborated with them to create an intelligent layout that made the most of space without moving significant utilities. We framed in shaker-style white cabinets with soft-close hinges, a quartz countertop, and a big farmhouse sink centered over the existing drain.
To open up the space, we took out a non-load-bearing wall between the dining room and the kitchen and inserted a decorative beam for visual flow.
We replaced the flooring with waterproof luxury vinyl plank, included under-cabinet LED lighting, and added a new range, hood, and dishwasher, maintaining the gas and plumbing lines. We worked efficiently, having our team manage electricians, plumbers, and finish carpenters to remain on schedule.
A clean, utilitarian, and chic kitchen that renovated the home’s center, done in only 5.5 weeks. The family celebrated their reunion proudly, and the new space is everyone’s go-to spot. Evidence that even tight deadlines and challenging layouts can’t stand in our way.
A family practice clinic in Plymouth wanted to expand and modernize its outdated medical office. They needed two new exam rooms, a larger waiting area, updated restrooms, and full ADA compliance, including wider doorways, accessible counters, and non-slip flooring. The project had to be completed in phases so the clinic could remain open during construction.
We formulated a phased construction plan in order to work while maintaining the operations of the clinic. The first phase consisted of the back-end upgrades: framing new exam rooms, installation of medical-grade plumbing, and running new electrical for specialized equipment. Each area was closed off with temporary walls and plastic barriers to maintain cleanliness and safety for the patients.
We employed non-toxic, low-VOC materials and high-durability, hospital-grade finishes that hold hygiene as a high priority. The waiting area was enlarged and furnished with new seating and lighting, and sound-absorbing panels. The restrooms were upgraded with roll-under sinks, grab bars, and sensor fixtures to comply with ADA standards.
We coordinated with the clinic staff to schedule the noisy work during slow hours and kept the team updated and involved throughout the process.
A modern, professional, and fully compliant medical office that improved patient flow and staff efficiency. The doctors were impressed with how smoothly the project went, even while seeing patients daily.
The client was an early business owner in a brand-new downtown Massachusetts boutique. She rented out a shop that had previously been emptied for its lack of interior finishes, just bare concrete floors, bare walls, and obsolete electrical infrastructure. Her requirement was a completely functional retail space within eight weeks. Display areas, a fitting room, lighting, HVAC, and a checkout counter were to be included for opening the shop.
It had to comply with all applicable city codes and standards for accessibility through the ADA.
We came in to act as the general contractor and managed the whole thing as a tenant build-out from start to finish. Our team managed demolition (removing old partitions), installed new drywall, and created an open floor plan inclusive of zones for display, check-out, and dressing rooms.
The electrical system was converted to allow lighting and POS equipment to be added. We installed an energy-efficient HVAC system and used luxury vinyl tile flooring, which is both long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing.
The checkout counter was custom-built out of wood in the aesthetics of the brand and outfitted with recessed LED lights to accentuate the merchandise. Throughout the duration of the project, we coordinated with the city to set up permits and inspections to keep everything moving smoothly.
The store opened on schedule with a clean, modern, and fully compliant build. The owner was thrilled with the professional look and smart layout. We turned an empty shell into a turnkey retail space that attracted customers from day one.
We sit down, listen to your ideas, and map out a clear construction plan without guesswork, just honest advice and a solid roadmap forward.
Our team gets to work with precision and care, handling every detail so you don’t have to stress, professional, clean, and on schedule.

They completely changed our outdated kitchen in just three weeks. From new cabinets to flooring and lighting, everything was handled perfectly. Rudy and his team were professional, on time, and cleaned up every day. Highly recommend if you want quality work without the stress.
We were nervous about a home addition, but RP made it so smooth. They managed the framing, plumbing, electrical, and everything. Kept us updated, stuck to the budget, and finished on time. Now we have space for the in-laws! 10/10.
After a storm damaged our roof, we called RP, and they showed up the next day. Fixed the leak, replaced the shingles, and even helped with the insurance claim. No mess, no delays. If you need a reliable roofing contractor in Massachusetts, this is the crew.
RP did asphalt paving for our entire driveway and front walkway. The difference is night and day. They came in on quote, cleaned up after, and even added extra gravel for drainage. Great communication throughout the project.
We had a tiny and outdated bathroom that leaked. RP gutted it and gave us a modern, waterproof design with new tile, fixtures, and lighting. The attention to detail was impressive. If you’re looking for a contractor who actually cares, call Rudy.
Worst winter in years, but RP was at our commercial property every time it snowed, offering early, fast, and thorough removal. We’ve had issues with other companies, but they’re the first to actually keep their word. Now we use them for landscaping too.
